I bought the lamp as I wanted to have Philips Hue outside without the Philips Hue price. The lamp is well made and the paint on the all metal lamp is applied quite well so it looks like it will take the daily beating from the U.K.weather. Due to the diffuser which screws on, you are able to use the Philips Hue e27 bulbs as whilst they are quite ugly to look at the diffuser hides them whilst diffusing the light emitting from the bulb.
Fixings that come with the lamp are of good quality so the rawl plugs do not disintegrate when you are tightening the lamp to the wall.
It fitted my use case quite well and would recommend, obviously design is subjective but fitted well with my 1990s build house.
